Seven Peaks Academy is proud to present Seven Peaks Athletics, a co-ed, Christ-centered athletic program offering intramurals for grades K-8th (with some classes tailored to all ages including adults). This program is not exclusive to Seven Peaks Academy students and is open to the community (Invite your family and friends!). These intramurals are for all skill levels and offer two sports sessions per week for 4-6 weeks depending on the sport.

Sports Offered

Speed, Agility & Strength Training

Speed, Agility and Strength Training is for all ages (including adults). Runs June 1st - July 15th. Coached by Leah Neemann.

About the Class:

During these summer classes all participants will have the opportunity to go through many different types of exercise sessions. These sessions will include performing a proper warm-up, building strength, going through a variety of speed and agility drills, emphasizing mobility and stability for all ranges of motion, core exercises, and a large range of stretches to help their bodies recover. Each exercise session will be slightly different in structure to work the muscles and body systems in a variety of ways. There will be many modifications offered so that each person can participate at the level they are comfortable with and still have an opportunity to challenge themselves if they choose to. I'm excited to see everyone on their exercise journeys! Comfortable workout clothes, good tennis shoes, and a water bottle are needed for the best experience!

Each session is run by skilled coaches and consists of Biblical/character training, skill development and closes with a competitive game.

Fall, Winter and Spring sessions are held on Mondays and Thursdays, 3p-4p, at NOCO Sports Center in Windsor.

Registration for each sport opens one month prior to the start date.

Join us as we not only train each player in skill, but in teaching these young athletes to work with all their heart for the Lord (Col. 3:23).

Donations: Seven Peaks Academy and Athletics is brought to you by Transformation Ministries, a non-profit whose focus is to build up the body of Christ through education, athletics and community. Each sport registration page allows for optional donations to help grow this intramural program and cover additional expenses for insurance and equipment.
